How to order products from The Joy Factory

  1. Purchasers will request a quote for products from the regional representative or key contact. * See below.

  2. Awarded vendors will provide a quote to purchaser.

  3. Locate the contract number on the DigitalEdge website for the product you wish to purchase. This contract number must appear in the statement below on the submitted order to the awarded vendor. Purchaser shall submit a purchase order or procurement card number to the awarded vendor. All purchase documents must contain this language:

      4. The awarded vendor shall fill the order and ship the products directly to the purchaser at the “ship to” address.

The Joy Factory Shipping and Delivery:

The Joy Factory ships via UPS®, FedEx® or United States Postal Service. We will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. FedEx charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by FedEx. You may contact our carrier if your package is lost or damaged. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available.

The Joy Factory Return and Replacement Policy: 

If you purchased a product directly from The Joy Factory we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please contact The Joy Factory support department to obtain a RMA number. All products return for refund must be shipped freight pre-paid, and are in their original condition with packaging, accessories and documentation. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual reseller/retailer where the product was purchased.

For warranty service within the warranty period, please contact The Joy Factory support department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When returning the product, you must ship the product pre-paid and in its original packaging or in packaging that provides an equivalent degree of protection for the product during shipment. Place a copy of your proof of purchase inside the packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return requests that do not contain an RMA number will not be processed. The Joy Factory will ship the repaired or replaced product to you postage paid.
