How to order products from CDI Computers

1) Purchasers will request a quote for products from the regional representative or key contact. * See below.

2) Awarded vendors will provide a quote to purchaser.

3) Locate the contract number on the DigitalEdge website for the product you wish to purchase. This contract number must appear in the statement below on the submitted order to the awarded vendor. Purchaser shall submit a purchase order or procurement card number to the awarded vendor. All purchase documents must contain this language:

4) The awarded vendor shall fill the order and ship the products directly to the purchaser at the “ship to” address.

CDI Computers Shipping and Delivery:
Our logistics team will work closely with you to deliver your equipment in the exact method and timeframe you require. Small orders are traditionally shipped using UPS ground service. If enough product is ordered to fit on a skid (roughly 60 units) we will instead use a trusted, direct courier to ship by skid and save both shipping prices and wasted packaging material.

When requesting a shipment you may request a number of services such as lift-gate service, driver assist as well as the option to specify a 3-hour window of when deliveries should arrive. You may spread shipments out to as many locations as you like and you may ask us to hold or store product for you indefinitely as you prepare to receive equipment.

CDI Computers Return and Replacement Policy:
We offer full restocking on any product that is in a closed box, new condition for up to 60 days from the invoice date. Restocking charges will be limited to 15% of the overall price of the unit at time of purchase.
