Ordering Instructions for MicroK12 ESD112-DE-15A
To assist eligible purchasers in complying with their purchasing laws, all purchase orders must reference the DigitalEdge Contract Number. Please refer to the product page for the correct contract number.
How to order products from MicroK12
1) Purchasers will request a quote for products from the regional representative or key contact. * see below
2) Awarded vendor will provide a quote to purchaser.
3) Locate the contract number on the DigitalEdge website for the product you wish to purchase. This contract number must appear in the statement below on the submitted order to the awarded vendor. Purchaser submits a purchase order or procurement card number to the awarded vendor. All purchase documents must contain this language:

4) The awarded vendor shall fill the order and ship the products directly to the purchaser at the “ship to” address.
MicroK12 Shipping and Delivery:
MicroK12 ships Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm using FedEx Ground.
MicroK12 Return and Replacement Policy:
RMA: No returns can be accepted without prior authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained prior to returning any product. To request an RMA number, contact us at http://www.microk12.com and click on “Return A Purchase” at the bottom of the page. All returned merchandise is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge except for merchandise that has been incorrectly shipped. No returns or exchanges are allowed for any special order items. Unopened software may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Software which has been opened is non-returnable. Hardware may be returned within 15 days from the date of invoice. All hardware must be in original packaging with all packing materials and in saleable condition. All software, drivers or disks, and all original components, manuals, registration materials, warranty cards and packaging must be present and in saleable condition. Hardware returns may also be contingent upon the current model of the product being returned. Some returns must be handled directly by the publisher or manufacturer. Any RMA request which fails to meet these criteria will be considered an exception and if asked, we will contact the publisher, manufacturer or supplier on your behalf to request an RMA from them. Should they grant the RMA, any terms or conditions required by them will apply. This policy shall be in effect for all states under the DigitalEdge contact. conditions required by them will apply.
