To assist eligible purchasers in complying with their purchasing laws, all purchase orders must reference the DigitalEdge Contract Number.

How to order products from Advanced Classroom Technologies
1) Purchasers will request a quote for products from the regional representative or key contact. * see below

2) Awarded vendors will provide a quote to purchasers.

3) Locate the contract number on the DigitalEdge website for the product you wish to purchase. This contract number must appear in the statement below on the submitted order to the awarded vendor. Purchaser submits a purchase order or procurement card number to the awarded vendor. All purchase documents must contain this language:

4) The awarded vendor shall fill the order and ship the products directly to the purchaser at the “ship to” address.

ACT Shipping and Delivery:
Delivery hours are typically between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, excluding all major holidays, unless special arrangements have been made. All products shall be delivered directly to the Purchaser’s destination within four weeks of receiving the purchase order. FOB: Destination. A packing list shall be furnished with each shipment that includes the Purchaser’s name, purchase order number, contact number, quantity and other pertinent information

ACT Return and Replacement Policy:
Please notify Advanced Classroom Technologies of any returns or exchanges at (800)355-2905. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt. An RMA will be issued and provided to the customer. A new PO must be entered and submitted to ACT for the replacement product. An invoice or credit will be generated depending on the difference in pricing between the two items. Damaged products must be reported within 30 days. Please inspect merchandise upon delivery. An RMA will be issued for damaged merchandise, which will be replaced
